An evening dedicated to typical dances of the late 17th and early 18th centuries, recreating the atmosphere
of the baroque ballroom, featuring
contradances from very easy to more complex,
accompanied by ensemble "Quindolci";
"free minuetting" for more experienced dancers;
typical couple dances/danses à deux
- and many musical, scenic and other surprises, including
baroque arias, a
typical 1700s' dance pantomime and a
demonstration of baroque style fencing.
Dress code:
Period costume of the 17th/18th centuries or
cunningly transformed modern apparel
