We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Below, we'd like to explain what kind of personal information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your data.

Collection, storage and use of personal data

Personal data refers to any information that can identify you directly or indirectly - for example, your name, email address, or phone number. We only collect and process this kind of data if you actively provide it to us - for instance, when you register for one of our events, make a payment to our club account, or get in touch with us.

In accordance with Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we will only use and store your personal data when:

  • you have given us your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR),

  • the data is necessary to carry out a contract or pre-contractual arrangements with you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),

  • we are legally obliged to process the data (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR), or

  • we have a legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), for example, to respond to inquiries, manage registrations, or keep you informed about events or other relevant club activities.

We will only use your personal data for the purpose it was provided - such as managing membership, sending newsletters, registering you for events, answering questions, or sending information to interested individuals or members. Your data will only be stored as long as it is legally permitted and necessary for these purposes.

If you give us your phone number, we will use it only to contact you quickly in case of last-minute changes or questions related to your participation in an event. Any additional voluntary information helps us serve you better.


Sharing of data

Your personal data will never be shared with third parties unless we are required to do so by law or you have explicitly given us permission. 


Your rights: access, correction, deletion, objection

You have the right to request information at any time about the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that your data be corrected, restricted from processing, or - unless we are legally obliged to retain it - deleted. Additionally, you may object to the processing of your data at any time.
