People all over the world listen to Handel jigs, Mozart minuets and Schubert landlers - yet little is known about the dances of early modern Europe. We admire the arts and architecture of the past - but do we ever imagine how people danced at Hampton Court, Versailles or Vienna's Schönbrunn Palace?

zeitenTANZ wants to create a living scene of historical dance in Austria so you will soon be able to dance to your favourite Handel jig, Mozart minuet and Schubert landler - at our Summer School of Baroque Dance, our classes and workshops and our get-togethers and balls.
